The Classic Performance Products 14 in. Front Big Brake Kit, part number 6370SWBK-55214, is engineered to significantly upgrade the braking performance and stance of 1963-1970 Chevy C10 trucks equipped with a 5 x 5 bolt pattern. This all-inclusive kit provides a substantial improvement over stock braking systems. The system features large 14-inch drilled and slotted rotors, which offer enhanced heat dissipation and stopping power. The calipers are 52MM twin-piston units, constructed from cast iron and finished in a sleek black powder coating for corrosion resistance and a stealthy appearance. The kit also includes a 2.5-inch modular drop spindle, manufactured from robust ductile iron and finished in black, to provide a lower stance and accommodate the larger brake components. The spindle's modular design offers flexibility in setup. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of stainless steel brake hoses, ensuring longevity and resistance to swelling under pressure.
