The Baer Pro+ Rear Big Brake Kit (4262299B) is a high-performance rear brake system featuring a 6-piston, 6P caliper and a 14-inch, 2-piece slot, drill, zinc-plated rotor. This kit includes DOT compliant dust and weather seals, uses the popular D0731 pad type, and comes with stainless braided hoses and hardware. Designed for 1994-2004 Ford Mustang models with an OE Ford 8.8" Solid Axle (does NOT fit IRS), it is also compatible with 1993 Cobra models that have a 5-lug axle swap. The unique backing plate houses a modern 1-piece park brake shoe assembly, and staggered rear piston sizes minimize pad taper issues.
