It includes a mounting plate/template and is IP65 certified for weather and vibration protection, making it suitable for off-road vehicles and exposed applications.

The KeyLine Chargers ISO-PRO140 is a 140 Amp smart battery isolator engineered to efficiently manage dual battery systems. Unlike traditional diode relays or "solid state" devices that can lead to voltage loss, this isolator boasts cutting-edge programming for optimum performance with zero voltage drop. Its compact dimensions (2.6" x 2.6" x 2") allow for easy installation in tight spaces, such as under the hood, close to your batteries. Equipped with a Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR), the ISO-PRO140 automatically engages at 13.3 volts and disengages at 12.8 volts. This ensures your primary battery remains charged and ready to start your vehicle, effectively providing two separate power sources from a single alternator. With an IP65 certification, the ISO-PRO140 offers robust protection against dust, water, and extreme weather, making it ideal for off-road vehicles and applications exposed to the elements. It also stands up well to strong vibrations. The smart programming ensures your electrical system functions correctly and batteries charge accurately. The kit includes the 140 Amp VSR, battery cables (20 ft red, 2 ft black), marine-grade battery terminals, tinned copper lugs, heat shrink, cable ties, and easy-to-follow instructions.
