The BendPak HDS-14 four-post lift is a robust and reliable piece of equipment engineered for professional automotive lifting applications. It features a substantial 14,000 lbs. lifting capacity and extended 199-inch runways, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles, including large trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles with varying wheelbases. The lift is built with superior components designed for durability, safety, and productivity. Key features include dual-hub cable sheaves with a 10.5-inch diameter and 2.25-inch sheave axles that minimize cable wear and extend component lifespan. It utilizes heavy-duty 1/2-inch diameter, 6 x 25 stainless-steel lifting cables, each with a breaking strength exceeding 14,000 lbs., and an integrated lubrication system with grease fittings for critical parts.

Safety is a primary focus, with features like spring-loaded safety locks that engage automatically during ascent, adjustable safety ladders for precise runway leveling on sloped floors, and an integrated hydraulic flow restrictor to ensure controlled descent in case of a hose rupture. A secondary slack-cable lock system and a push-button pneumatic lock release further enhance safety. The lift's design includes fully enclosed lifting cables, safety locks, and sheaves, along with internal anti-sway slider blocks and multi-position safety locks in each column. Longer approach ramps are provided for vehicles with low ground clearance, and the runways have a non-skid surface for improved traction. Optional 7,000-lb. capacity rolling bridge jacks (Model RJ7W) are available to expand functionality for wheel and brake services.

The BendPak HDS-14 is CE Approved and Certified, complying with European Standard EN-1493, and is ETL approved. It operates on a 220 VAC / 60 Hz / 1 Ph motor with a low noise level of 45 dB. An external air supply (minimum: 30 psi / 3 CFM) is necessary for the safety-lock disengagement mechanism.
