1400SJS Stainless Steel Shorty Headers

The JBA Performance Exhaust 1400SJS is a set of shorty headers engineered to be a significant upgrade over restrictive factory manifolds, dramatically increasing an engine's power and efficiency. Hot Rod magazine has recognized headers as a top 10 power-enhancing part. These shorty headers represent an evolution of the traditional long tube header design, yielding substantial performance gains. Constructed from durable stainless steel, these headers are built to endure demanding use, including racing, towing, and daily driving. The headers also include factory-style emission connections for a more straightforward installation and extra-thick collector domes that resist distortion, preventing leaks. Key features include mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes for optimal flow, durability, and improved throttle response. The 3/8-inch thick machined flanges are engineered to resist warping and ensure a leak-free seal, while oversized exhaust ports are designed to accommodate potential cylinder head porting. JBA offers these headers with two optional coatings: polished metallic ceramic and titanium ceramic, which provide increased corrosion protection and act as a thermal barrier to lower underhood temperatures. These headers are designed for 2004-2015 Nissan Titan and Armada models with the 5.6L engine, as well as 2004-2013 QX56 models, and 2008-2012 Pathfinder models. They are available with a Silver Ceramic finish for oval ports only.
