The Demon Powersports heavy-duty axle is designed for Polaris General 1000 models, offering enhanced strength and longevity over standard axles. It features larger CV joints and shafts, combined with a proprietary dual heat treatment process and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage.

These axles utilize a double plunge design for higher articulation angles, allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and 40-degree articulation on the inboard joint. The outboard joint offers 0.5 inches of travel and a 45-47 degree swing, depending on the model. TPEE boots provide superior resistance against fatigue, punctures, and temperature extremes, while molybdenum grease ensures smooth, low-friction operation.
