The Demon Powersports Heavy Duty Axle is a robust replacement designed for the Yamaha Grizzly 700. It features larger CV joints and shafts constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel, enhanced with a dual heat treatment process for superior strength and longevity. This axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for increased articulation angles and accommodates 1.5 inches of travel on the inboard joint and 0.5 inches on the outboard joint. The TPEE boots offer improved resistance to punctures and temperature variations compared to OEM components.
