The BBR Motorsports 411-KLX-1402 is a 143cc big bore kit featuring an all-aluminum cylinder with a ceramic coating, eliminating the need for a steel sleeve. This kit includes a 60mm piston with rings, pin, and clip, as well as a head gasket kit that now includes the cylinder head o-ring set and an exhaust gasket. Designed for use with a stock head on KLX110 models of all years, this kit exceeds OEM standard equipment specifications. Installation is described as similar to replacing a stock piston, though professional guidance via a shop manual is recommended for those without prior engine experience. This particular kit (411-KLX-1402) does not include a BBR camshaft. It is compatible with Kawasaki KLX110 (all years), Suzuki DRZ110 (all years), and Kawasaki Z125 models. Some sources indicate compatibility for KLX110/L models from 2002-Present, while others specify 2003-Present.
