The BBR Motorsports 411-KLX-1441 is a 143cc forged piston bore kit, designed to provide an easy bolt-on power increase for your KLX/DRZ110 motorcycle. This kit offers the largest bore size available without requiring you to bore your engine cases, thanks to its new aluminum cylinder with a plated aluminum liner. It includes a high-performance BBR MX camshaft, a lightweight 60mm aluminum piston, and a complete gasket kit with cylinder head, cylinder base, and LH ignition cover gaskets. This kit is specifically designed for "Stage 1 Power" and does not require case boring. It is compatible with 2003-present Kawasaki KLX110 and Suzuki DRZ110 models. However, please note that this kit will not work with 2010-2016 models. While BBR states that most cases accommodate the oversized sleeved cylinder, a very small number of KLX110s may have cases that are too tight for installation; BBR offers a solution for this rare scenario and advises calling their support line for assistance if needed.
