The Powerhouse Racing PHR ISKIT is a high-performance cooling solution engineered for the Lexus IS300 (Altezza) CE10, XE10 1st Gen. Its intercooler-friendly layout solves common fitment issues by providing clearance for front-mounted intercooler piping, a frequent challenge with factory fan shrouds. At the heart of the kit is the SPAL 15.2" Brushless Main Fan, capable of moving an impressive 4200 m³/h (2478 CFM) of air. This fan utilizes variable-speed PWM control, allowing for precise management of fan speed from 600 to 2350 RPM. This intelligent control enables the fans to ramp up gradually as coolant temperatures rise, unlike older on/off systems, and can be managed via an aftermarket ECU or a dedicated SPAL PWM controller. The brushless design ensures whisper-quiet operation, high efficiency, and reduced amp draw (43A max) compared to traditional brushed motors. Furthermore, the brushless motor's lack of friction contributes to a longer lifespan, increased resistance to vibration, and greater durability under mechanical stress. Optional features include an integrated overflow tank that bolts cleanly onto the shroud, available in raw aluminum or various premium finishes such as gloss black, matte black, wrinkle black, and polished. The kit also incorporates high-speed bypass flaps that allow passive airflow through the radiator at cruising speeds, enhancing efficiency and reducing the fan's workload.
