Overview

The ATL SU115 is a 15-gallon fuel cell designed for racing applications. It features a 3-layer ballistic nylon-reinforced flexible fuel bladder, fully foam-baffled for anti-slosh and explosion suppression, and a steel container with a red powder coat finish. The fill plate is made of anodized aluminum and includes a billet aluminum twist cap with a roll-over valve, a single ScavenJet pick-up, and multiple AN fittings for outlet, return, and vent.

This fuel cell is FIA FT3 approved and suitable for moderate ethanol content fuels (up to E15). It measures 24.5 x 17.75 x 9.5 inches.

The ATL SU115 Super Cell 100 Series fuel cell is engineered for demanding racing environments, including circle track, road course, dirt oval, and off-road use. Its core is a 3-layer, FIA FT3 approved ballistic nylon-reinforced flexible fuel bladder designed to deform on impact for enhanced safety. The bladder is housed within a durable 20-gauge steel container, finished with a vibrant red powder coat. Internal foam baffling is integrated to suppress sloshing and prevent explosions, ensuring fuel delivery consistency and added safety. The fill plate is constructed from anodized aluminum and features a billet aluminum twist cap with a flap-type roll-over valve. For connectivity, it includes a single ScavenJet pick-up, an 8 AN outlet bulkhead fitting, a #6 vent-check roll-over valve, and a #6 return fitting. This 15-gallon fuel cell is ideal for racers using fuels with modest ethanol content, up to E15. The overall dimensions are approximately 24.5 inches long, 17.75 inches wide, and 9.5 inches tall. ATL Aero Tec Laboratories, the manufacturer, has been providing fuel system components for racing, military, and other markets since 1970.
