The Keeper 05521 is a ratchet tie-down strap designed for securing loads. It measures 15 feet long and 1.75 inches wide, featuring a 1,667 lb. working load limit and a 5,000 lb. break strength. This tie-down is constructed with Hi-Test webbing that is resistant to weather and abrasion, and it includes double J-hooks for easy attachment to anchor points.
