Description

The Bassett DOT Street Legal Wheel is a 15" x 7" versatile wheel that is equally suited to racing applications like IMCA Hobby Stocks and Street Stocks, as well as for daily drivers. These wheels are DOT approved and built with the same quality construction found in Bassett's high-strength wheels, while also being the lightest DOT wheels currently available. Constructed from lightweight steel with a durable black powder-coated finish, this wheel has a 5 x 100mm bolt circle and 4 inches of rear spacing (4.000" backspacing). It is DOT approved for street use. Important considerations for installation include the requirement for 45° chamfer lug nuts; stock or OEM-type lug nuts will not fasten the wheel securely. This wheel will not fit vehicles with a 5 x 4.5 inch bolt pattern, such as the 2005 Ford Mustang GT.
