The Bosch 12317508054 is a 150 amp remanufactured alternator, manufactured in Germany to OE quality standards. This water-cooled unit is a direct replacement for a failing alternator, crucial for powering vehicle systems and maintaining battery charge. A remanufactured alternator from Bosch ensures all internal electrical parts are replaced with new factory components, offering performance equivalent to the original equipment, and often improved longevity due to upgraded parts.
