These remanufactured injectors feature a 150% increased flow rate over stock, providing greater fuel delivery. They utilize a proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes, and the nozzles are flow-matched to 1% variance per set, adhering to OE standards. Each injector's build specification is custom matched to the nozzle flow rate for its size. S&S Diesel Motorsport fuel injectors are built to high-quality standards using industry-leading components and are professionally tested. They also regularly outflow the competition for the same claimed size. Further body modifications improve the injection rate shape. Each injector uses either brand new or remanufactured Bosch bodies to ensure quality and performance.
