1500 hp In-Tank Fuel Module

The KPM 1500 hp Fuel Module represents a modern, high-performance direct supply fuel system, engineered to overcome the limitations of older methods like voltage boosting or converting to a return-style system. This in-tank fuel module utilizes two high-flowing Bosch Racing fuel pumps housed within a computer-designed, high-flow fuel canister and distribution manifold. Key features include dual-acting Venturi pumps and a refill valve system that continuously keep the fuel canister full. This design ensures safe operation and prevents fuel surge or starvation under all driving conditions, including spirited driving, circuit days, or drag racing, regardless of the fuel level. The pumps are compatible with both 100% gasoline and ethanol fuels, operating at standard vehicle voltages to deliver cool, dense fuel. This system supports power levels up to 1500 hp (flywheel rated on 94 octane fuel), eliminating the need for voltage boosters and return-style fuel systems, thus reducing electrical load and heat. Included in the kit for F150 (2018 onwards) is the KPM 1500 hp In-tank Fuel Module, a plug-and-play heavy gauge wiring harness kit, and fitting/calibration instructions. An optional quick-connect E-Flex fuel filter kit is also available. This system is fully upgradable for future demands, offers optimum pump life, and provides extra power and economy due to the cool, dense fuel delivery.
