1500HP Turbo System w/ 4.5" Intercooler

The Hellhorse® Mid Mount Twin Turbo Kit is engineered to deliver exceptional power, rated at 1500+ horsepower, without requiring extensive component upgrades. The kit is meticulously designed and built in-house by Hellhorse Performance, ensuring all research and development are conducted internally. Standard configuration includes hand-built Hellhorse® 1 3/4" 4-1 turbo headers crafted from 304SS with U.S.-made billet header flanges. It also features a Hellhorse® Custom Air-To-Air 4.5" Race Intercooler utilizing a Garrett core, Comp Turbo Triplex Ball Bearing Oil-Less Turbos (available in 63/65, 65/68, 69/71 sizes), twin Turbosmart HyperGate 45mm wastegates, and a Turbosmart RacePort BOV. The kit also includes 3" turbo dumps (requiring exhaust modification for connection), o2 extensions, a vacuum block and fittings, high-grade silicone vacuum line, reinforced silicone couplers with T-bolt clamps, K&N air filters, and all necessary fittings. All stainless steel and aluminum components are finished with a black ceramic coating, and the turbos are custom anodized in Hellhorse® colors. This product is explicitly designated as RACE ONLY for competition purposes and is not legal for use on public roads or highways, with potential legal penalties for misuse. The kit is backed by a 1-year/12,000-mile limited fabrication warranty, with Comp Turbo carrying an independent warranty. Fitment is specified for 2015-2025 Ford Mustang GT, GT350, Mach 1, and Dark Horse models equipped with the 5.0L V8 Coyote engine.
