The Demon Powersports Honda TRX500 Demon Heavy Duty Axle is a robust upgrade designed to withstand demanding off-road conditions. It features larger CV joints and shafts constructed from 4340 Chromoly Steel, enhanced by a proprietary dual heat treatment process for superior strength and longevity. The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for increased articulation angles and 1.5 inches of travel on the inboard joint, with the outboard joint capable of 45°-47° articulation. It is equipped with durable TPEE boots and molybdenum grease for smooth operation.
