Description

It features larger CV joints and shafts, along with a proprietary dual heat treatment process and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage.

These axles utilize a unique double plunge design for higher articulation angles, allowing 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation on the inboard joint. The outboard joint can swing from 45°-47° and travel 0.5 inches.

Equipped with TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots, these axles offer increased resistance to fatigue, punctures, and temperature extremes compared to standard OEM boots. Molybdenum grease ensures low friction and smooth motion.
