The Carbotech 1521 is a high-performance street brake compound. It offers excellent initial bite and modulation, along with very low dusting and low noise. The 1521 compound is known for its rotor friendliness and excellent linear torque production, providing strong braking force without engaging the ABS. It operates effectively from ambient temperatures up to 800°F (426°C+).

The Carbotech 1521 front brake pads are designed as a high-performance street compound, ideal for a wide range of vehicles including tow and fleet cars. This compound excels in release and modulation, offering excellent initial bite and superior rotor friendliness. The 1521 compound is engineered for very low dusting and low noise, ensuring a cleaner and quieter driving experience. Its excellent linear torque production provides significant braking force without triggering ABS intervention, allowing for precise control. The operating range of the Carbotech 1521 pads extends from ambient temperatures up to 800°F (426°C+), making them versatile for various conditions. These pads are explicitly recommended for ALL street cars and are NOT suitable for any track use.
