MIA's Description

The Demon Powersports Honda TRX520 Demon Heavy Duty Axle is a direct OEM replacement axle designed for off-road use. It features larger CV joints and shafts, a dual heat treatment process, and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage for enhanced strength and longevity. The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for higher articulation angles and includes TPEE boots for increased durability.
Molybdenum grease is used to ensure low friction and smooth motion.
