Description

The Demon Powersports PAXL-4018HD-5ET is a heavy-duty lift kit axle engineered for superior strength and longevity in off-road applications. It features larger CV joints and shafts constructed from 4340 Chromoly Steel, enhanced by a proprietary dual heat treatment process.

This axle is designed with a unique double plunge mechanism that allows for higher articulation angles, providing 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel with 45°-47° articulation on the outboard joint. It is equipped with durable TPEE boots and packed with molybdenum grease for low friction and smooth motion.
