Each injector is rebuilt with new critical internal components, including solenoids, spool valves, and both plunger and poppet springs, paired with professionally refurbished nozzles. To ensure consistent reliability, every injector must pass four individual flow tests, and each set is supplied with all-new o-rings installed. While these injectors function as a direct-fit replacement, Warren Diesel recommends installing the blue spring upgrade and upgraded banjo bolts to support proper fuel system pressure. This product includes a two-year parts-only warranty. Please note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California. Customers have the choice to either send in their core injectors first or pay an additional core charge at the time of purchase. Professional installation is encouraged to ensure the fueling system is properly calibrated for the engine's requirements.
