155cc/Stock Remanufactured Injector Set

The WDI 155cc/Stock w/ New Spool Valves are a set of 8 remanufactured fuel injectors designed for the 6.0 Powerstroke engine, model years 2003-2007. These injectors are modified to flow 20cc over stock specifications, aiming to provide improvements in fuel economy and low-end torque. Each injector undergoes rigorous testing, including flow testing on an in-house bench, to ensure it meets performance standards. The remanufacturing process involves inspecting all pieces, replacing defective parts, and utilizing all new internals and O-rings. Key features include new spool valves, tested solenoids, and a stock nozzle size option. A 1-year warranty is provided for both the injectors and the new WDI spool valves with tested used wires. The product requires custom tuning to ensure proper idling and to maximize the injectors' potential. Recommendations include the use of a blue spring and upgraded banjo bolts for optimal performance. Core options are available: customers can send in their cores first for modification, or pay an additional core charge of $800, with cores needing to be returned within 30 days.
