Merritt's headache racks are built from premium aluminum alloys, including their exclusive Dyna-Tube extrusion, for exceptional durability and lightweight performance. They provide a critical safety barrier to protect the cab and rear window from shifting cargo, chains, and equipment. These racks are resistant to rust, weather, and heavy jobsite wear. They feature a channel designed into the frame to support multiple lighting and load securement accessories, which also serves to hide and protect a wiring harness. Merritt headache racks are proudly manufactured in the USA.
