The D model is the first dirt steering wheel that MPI ever produced, developed with the help of Donny Schatz. It represents the pinnacle of MPI's dirt line of wheels, engineered using all the technology developed for stock car models to create the most advanced, safest, and ergonomic dirt steering wheel on the market. Key features include an innovative grip feeling, attention to detail in its construction, and MPI technology for improved safety. The inner structure is engineered to deform under elevated impacts, absorbing load and reducing the effect on the driver's upper body. The inner foam injection has the highest vibration absorption rate in the industry. The new extreme oval-shaped grip offers a natural feel for the driver. The outer grip is made with a textured polyurethane injected foam for a firm grip, preventing fatigue and facilitating one-handed usage. The spoke structure features a CNC machined, rounded edge for increased safety. Each wheel is individually serial numbered for traceability and includes a super light center pad for added driver protection. Made in Italy.
