16-Gauge Carbon Steel Headers

The Pacesetter Long Tube Headers offer a solution for replacing cracked or rusted exhaust manifolds, preparing a vehicle for racing, or achieving increased horsepower and torque. Constructed from 16-gauge (.060 in. wall thickness) carbon steel tubing with smooth mandrel bends for high exhaust flow rates, and feature port-matched, CNC-machined, 3/8-inch-thick head flanges to resist warping and enhance lifespan. Available finishes include standard painted black and an optional 2000 Degree Armor Coat, a metallic/ceramic coating. Each set of Pacesetter Headers includes the headers themselves, necessary gaskets, installation instructions, and a 3-year Pacesetter Performance Guarantee/Warranty. This specific part number, 70-3232, is designed to fit 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT models with the 4.6 V8 engine. Note that these headers are non-CARB compliant.
