The Tuff Stuff 900160 is a high-flow thermostat designed to improve coolant circulation. It is constructed from stainless steel and rated for 160 degrees Fahrenheit. This thermostat features an extra-large port to increase coolant flow to 56 gallons per minute, which is nearly a 50% increase over standard thermostats.

The enhanced coolant flow helps reduce engine warm-up times, allows trapped air to escape the cooling system, and stabilizes overall cooling system pressure. It also includes a bypass valve for a small amount of coolant circulation before fully opening. This thermostat is considered ideal for high-performance vehicles.
