Designed and manufactured by T-REX Truck Products in Corona, California, this 2-piece overlay grille is made in the USA and comes with a complete hardware kit and full-color instructions. It mounts over the factory grille and does not include the T-Rex logo, Chevrolet logo, or the factory grille assembly. The unique Laser Billet process utilizes precision laser-cut aluminum plate stylized to match the vehicle contours and grille opening, resulting in a custom appearance. It is available in high polish or black powder coat finish. We use several different materials throughout the design process. Our uncompromising quality begins with advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design. All our products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control.
