Description

The Demon Powersports PAXL-6074HD is a heavy-duty CV axle shaft designed for enhanced strength and longevity. It features a dual heat-treated Chromoly steel shaft and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage for superior durability. The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design, allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel with 45°-47° articulation on the outboard joint.

Constructed with TPEE boots, this axle offers increased resistance to fatigue, punctures, and temperature variations compared to standard OEM boots. It is packed with molybdenum grease to ensure low friction and smooth operation.
