The Demon Powersports PAXL-3034HD is a heavy-duty axle designed for off-road use, offering superior strength and longevity over OEM replacements. It features larger CV joints and shafts, a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage, and a dual heat treatment process for enhanced durability.

The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design that allows for higher articulation angles, with 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel and 45°-47° articulation on the outboard joint. It is equipped with extra-tough TPEE boots for increased resistance to punctures and temperature variations, and uses molybdenum grease for smooth motion.
