The Demon Powersports Heavy Duty Lift Kit Axle is designed for Polaris RZR 1000 models, offering enhanced strength and longevity. Built with larger CV joints and shafts from 4340 Chromoly steel, these axles undergo a proprietary dual heat treatment process.

They feature TPEE boots that are more resistant to punctures and temperature variations than standard OEM boots, ensuring smooth motion with molybdenum grease.
