Description

The Demon Powersports rear axle is a heavy-duty replacement for 2011-2015 Can-Am Commander 800R/1000 models. It features larger CV joints and shafts, along with a dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shaft and a 4340 chromoly steel inner CV cage for enhanced durability.

This axle is engineered with a unique double plunge design to allow for wider articulation angles and prevent binding. It also includes TPEE boots that offer superior resistance to fatigue, punctures, and temperature extremes compared to standard OEM boots.
