The Ironman 4x4 Raid front bumper is the world's first fully crash safety tested and SRS airbag compatible tubular style bumper designed for 3rd generation 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma. It leverages experience in designing vehicle armor for military, fleet, and recreational purposes to create a safe and feature-loaded 4x4 steel Tacoma bumper. Blending Australian functionality with American design, it offers maximum safety for daily driving with essential trail-ready features like improved vehicle protection, increased approach angle, additional ground clearance, and winch carrying capability.

The bumper features a two-stage attachment design, connecting the winch cradle directly to the chassis for a robust recovery platform. It includes bolt-on, frame-mounted recovery points (5,000kg/11,000lbs). Integrated crumple zones transfer energy away from vehicle occupants, and it is ADR 69, 73 approved (Full Frontal and Offset Impact Occupant Protection), and SRS Airbag tested and certified.

It is winch compatible with clutch handle access and line visibility, using a standard 10” x 4.5” winch mount footprint. The bumper is made from pickled, cold-rolled steel for an impurity-free template and coated with ultra-durable AKZO NOBEL Black Powder Coat for rust resistance. 360° Robotic welding ensures precise welds for peak quality and strength. It offers increased approach and departure angles for maximum clearance and is compatible with factory parking sensors.

The bumper can be fully loaded with a 32”, 300W dual row OSRAM chip LED light-bar (25000 Raw lumens) and four customizable OSRAM chip LED cube lights (up to 4800 lumens), with options for clear or amber, spot or flood beams. All lights feature a flat, UV-stable polycarbonate lens to reduce rain/snow/ice build-up.
