This system is rated at 165 gallons per hour and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, making it capable of supporting Dodge Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L diesel engines, even with multiple fueling upgrades. Beyond its high flow rate, the Titanium Signature Series system provides advanced filtration benefits. It features an improved filtration rating of 2 microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process. These features work together to protect your injection systems and effectively extend the life of Bosch injection pumps and injectors. Such aftermarket systems are crucial for both daily drivers and high-performance applications aiming to improve fuel economy or increase horsepower and torque. This kit includes the FASS BHF-1005 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit. Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the bulkhead fittings serve as both suction and return tubes. This improved design allows for direct plumbing of the FASS suction and return lines to the fuel tank module, significantly speeding up installation and eliminating the need to cut the filler neck. The pickup tube is constructed from PTFE Teflon and is easily adjustable to accommodate different fuel tank depths. When installed correctly, the system allows safe operation with as little as 1/8 tank of fuel remaining. Installation of this kit on a cab and chassis may require modifications. The system operates at a preset fuel pressure of 16-18 PSI and features 1/2 inch fuel lines and ports. The motor is rated for 1,000,000 miles with a filter life expectancy of 30,000 miles.
