This system includes two FASS BHF-1005 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kits, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. These fittings serve as both suction and return tubes, allowing for direct plumbing to the fuel tank module. This design eliminates the need to cut the filler neck and significantly speeds up the installation process. The pickup tube is made of PTFE Teflon and can be cut to size for various fuel tank depths, enabling safe operation with as little as 1/8 tank of fuel. Specifically designed for 2005-2018 and 2021-2024 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L diesel engines, this fuel system is crucial for both daily drivers and high-performance applications aiming to improve fuel economy or increase horsepower and torque.
