This improved design allows for direct plumbing of FASS suction and return lines to the fuel tank module, eliminating the need to cut the filler neck and significantly speeding up installation. The pickup tube is made of PTFE Teflon, which can be cut to fit various fuel tank depths, enabling safe operation down to 1/8 tank of fuel when installed correctly. The FASS Titanium Signature Series fuel systems feature a new bolt-on bracket installation, preset 16-18 PSI fuel pressure, and a 165 gallons per hour flow rating. The system removes water, air, and debris from diesel fuel, offering 2-micron filtration to protect injectors and improve cold weather starts. It utilizes 1/2 inch fuel lines and ports, includes a bulkhead fitting suction tube and return, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty with a 1,000,000-mile motor life expectancy and a 30,000-mile filter life.
