Description

The TCI Automotive 399273 is a 168-tooth internal balance flexplate engineered for Small and Big Block Chevy V8 engines with a 6-bolt crankshaft flange and a 2-piece rear main seal. It boasts an SFI 29.1 approval for safety and is constructed from high tensile strength material to resist elongation and cracking. This flexplate is drilled for both 10.75" small GM and 11.5" big GM torque converter bolt patterns, offering versatile compatibility. It is .035" thicker than stock, and the starter ring is welded to both sides for enhanced strength. The flexplate is sized for stock 3/8" mounting bolts but can be drilled for 7/16" high-performance torque converter applications. It is ideal for stock to mild performance applications. This flexplate is designed to fit all internally balanced Chevy V8 engines. However, it does not fit Gen V engines.
