The Radium Engineering universal high-flow fuel filter is constructed from 6061 aluminum and Type-II anodized for corrosion resistance. It features a 3-piece body with FKM O-ring seals and large 10AN ORB female threaded ports. This specific variant, MPN 20-0220-05, uses a 6-micron microglass element, which offers 99.9% capture efficiency and meets or exceeds fuel injection requirements. Microglass elements are not reusable and must be replaced at the end of their service life. The filter is compatible with all fuel types, including gasoline, diesel, methanol, ethanol, and E85, and can safely handle pressures up to 150psi with negligible pressure drop. The filter elements have a stainless internal core to prevent collapsing at high flows. Other variants include stainless steel elements (10-micron and 100-micron) that are cleanable and reusable, as well as versions with an integrated check valve.
