Overview

The Blouch 16G XT Turbo is a performance turbocharger built with the latest in billet compressor aerodynamics and genuine Mitsubishi journal bearing technology. It features a custom Blouch compressor housing with improved fitment and a closed-die forged, fully machined billet 16G-XT compressor wheel. The center housing is genuine Mitsubishi, and it uses a Mitsubishi TD05H turbine wheel available with 7cm2 or 8cm2 turbine housings.

The Blouch Performance 16G-XT-R Turbocharger is an engine upgrade designed to enhance the performance of Subaru WRX and STI vehicles. This turbocharger utilizes a Garrett ball bearing center housing rotating assembly (CHRA) for improved durability and response. Key features include a 54mm turbine wheel and a 65mm billet XT compressor wheel, contributing to its airflow capacity of 38 lbs per minute. The turbo is rated to support up to 380 horsepower, offering a significant performance increase for enthusiasts seeking more power from their Subaru. Applications for this turbocharger include the 2002-2014 Subaru WRX and the 2004-2021 Subaru WRX STI. It's important to note that 2009-2014 WRX models require an aftermarket intercooler for installation. The turbo is available with different exhaust housing sizes, including 8cm or 10cm options, and can be optioned with turbine housing coating and specific compressor housing inlet sizes. This turbocharger comes with Blouch Performance's Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
