The Husky Towing 16KW 5th Wheel Hitch with Upright Kit is engineered for robust towing performance, offering a 16,000-pound gross trailer weight capacity and 4,000-pound tongue capacity. Its fully articulating head moves with the trailer's motion, ensuring a smoother ride on uneven terrain, while the patented anti-walk wrap-around jaw provides secure engagement. Engineered tolerances contribute to reduced noise, and the superior finish complements its rugged appearance. The product meets or exceeds SAE J2638 Fifth Wheel Standards. It is important to note that the mounting rail and base rail are not included with this kit and must be purchased separately. The hitch is compatible with a wide range of Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, Ford, Nissan, and Ram trucks from various model years, starting from 1980 for Ford F-150 and extending to 2023 for some Ram and Chevrolet models. The warranty covers a Limited 10 Year period for standard use, with a Limited 90 Day Warranty for commercial usage.
