Description

The Rugged Radios NMO-MT-17 is a 17-foot coax cable assembly designed for mounting antennas. It features a 3/8 NMO mount and a BNC connector, suitable for VHF and UHF applications. The cable requires a 3/8in thread hole for installation.

The cable has a crimped NMO connection for a secure and weathertight seal, ensuring reliability and durability. It is recommended that the coax cable length run directly from the radio to the antenna without excess. Users are cautioned that the NMO antenna stud is not solid metal and can be damaged if overtightened; holding the wrench vertically during installation reduces torque.
