1700HP Engine Block

The Bullet Race Engineering Billet Honda B-Series Engine Block serves as the ultimate foundation for high-output B-Series engine builds. Engineered for reliability in environments exceeding 1700hp, this billet block significantly enhances rigidity and deck thickness compared to stock units. Distortion of cylinder bores and the crank tunnel is minimized through increased material thickness and a robust 4-bolt main cap system. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum, this block features Ductile Iron performance sleeves and is designed with 4 bolt mains and increased block deck and cylinder wall thickness. It includes 1/2” Head and 7/16” Main studs and can be bored to 85mm. This product requires minimal modifications for direct replacement of the standard block. However, modifications are necessary for proper fitment, including Remote Oil Filter, Water cross pipe, windage tray, and oil pickup tube adjustments. Additionally, the cylinder head stud holes must be drilled out to 14mm to accommodate the included studs. Available options include Wet Deck (OEM Style), Dry Deck (which seals the cylinder head mating surface without coolant passages), and Solid Drag Block (no coolant). The Bullet Fire Ring Head Sealing System is also available as an optional upgrade.
