Description

The TBparts TBW9207 is a comprehensive 170cc Big Bore Kit engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your Kawasaki KLX140. This kit delivers substantial power increases and features a genuine Mikuni VM26mm performance carburetor, a newly developed high-performance camshaft with bearings, and an intake kit precisely port-matched to both the VM26 carb and the stock cylinder head. The components are designed to work safely with 91+ octane pump fuel and retain compatibility with the stock OEM cylinder head and air box, making for a streamlined upgrade process. Included in the kit are: a TBW1545 Cylinder, a TBW1543 63mm piston kit (with an optional TBW1702 63mm forged piston upgrade available), a TBW1544 Gasket, a TBW1546 Intake manifold, a TBW0399 VM26 carb, a TBW1353 Jet kit, a TBW1539 Throttle cable, and a TBW1515 Performance cam. Application is for the Kawasaki KLX140 models from 2008-2024. Please note: For 2025 and newer KLX140 engines, case boring is required as the cylinder skirt measures 65.95mm, while the 2025+ cases are only 65.4mm wide.
