The Demon Powersports Demon Heavy Duty Axle is a robust replacement for your Can-Am Maverick X3. Engineered for superior strength and longevity, these axles feature larger CV joints and shafts constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel. A proprietary dual heat treatment process further enhances durability.

These axles utilize a unique double plunge design for higher articulation angles, allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and up to 40° articulation on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel with 45°-47° swing on the outboard joint. They are equipped with TPEE boots, which are more resistant to punctures and extreme temperatures than standard OEM boots, and use molybdenum grease for smooth operation.
