Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Duty's suspension with a 4-Link Conversion, replacing OEM radius arms with integrated drop brackets and adjustable upper and lower control arms (Flex Links) made from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing. Adjustability ensures proper caster for improved handling. Flex Links feature a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount and a 1-1/4 in. forged rod end with an RB style rubber bushing at the upper bracket. Skyjacker's Softride® coil spring technology maximizes wheel travel, ride quality, and extends coil spring life. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket secures the front crossmember to prevent movement and keep the axle centered. Sway bar lowering brackets realign the front sway bar for maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition front bump stops, and front brake line extension brackets correctly reposition brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket corrects and reinforces the stabilizer connection. Softride® Technology leaf springs feature tapered leafs for even load distribution and increased flex at the ends, with Teflon® wear pads and bolt-style spring clips to prevent binding and eliminate friction. Front and rear ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks provide increased dampening capacity, featuring a race-inspired full-displaced valving system and nitrogen charged Internal Floating Piston Technology (IFP) for quick shock reaction. This complete kit enhances handling with superior ride quality for on-road refinement and off-road readiness.
