Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Duty's suspension via an impressive 4-Link Conversion. Replace OEM radius arms with integrated radius arm drop brackets plus upper and lower adjustable control arms. Formed from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of control arms are adjustable Flex Links, allowing proper caster settings to improve handling. Flex Links have a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount. The upper bracket mount has a 1-1/4 in. forged rod end with RB style rubber bushing. Skyjacker's legendary Softride® technology achieves maximum wheel travel, ride quality, and extends the life of the coil spring. Includes a drop pitman arm to correct steering angle, sway bar lowering brackets to realign the front sway bar working angle, drop spacers for front bump stops, front brake line extension brackets, and a heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket. Softride® Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs for even load distribution and increased flex, with Teflon® wear pads and bolt-style spring clips to prevent binding. E-brake relocation brackets, bump stop spacers, rear braided stainless steel brake line extensions, and rear exhaust hanger brackets are included. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks, featuring a race-inspired full-displaced valving system and Nitrogen charged Internal Floating Piston Technology (IFP) for the quickest shock reaction time. This complete kit maintains factory geometry, alignment specifications, and structural strength, offering both on-road refinement and off-road readiness. Benefits include an ultra heavy-duty track bar bracket, bump stop spacers, heightened Softride Technology leaf springs, 37s for improved off-road stance and ground clearance, increased travel with 4-link flex, and more lift in the front for a level stance.
