The Warren Diesel WD-175CC30 is a popular set of eight fuel injectors, featuring a 175cc flow rate and a 30% over stock nozzle size. Engineered specifically for the 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L engine, these injectors are capable of supporting up to 500 RWHP, making them a significant upgrade for performance-oriented applications. To ensure optimal performance and reliability, these injectors necessitate the use of an aftermarket lift pump and/or a regulated return fuel system to adequately supply the increased fuel demand. Warren Diesel employs a rigorous remanufacturing process, which includes a thorough inspection of all components, replacement of any defective parts, and individual testing of each solenoid. Furthermore, every o-ring is replaced, and each injector undergoes flow testing on an in-house bench, requiring it to pass four distinct tests before being dispatched.
