The Demco 6194 is a Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Rail Adapter for use with Chevy/GMC trucks that have a towing prep package. It is designed to mount standard fifth wheels to under-bed rail kits. It has a weight carrying capacity of 21000 pounds and a tongue carrying capacity of 2100 pounds. The adapter is made of powder-coated black steel, is Made in USA, and is 9001:2015 ISO Certified. It is easy to install and fits 2016-2019 Chevrolet/GMC 2500 & 3500 with a 6.5' box.
