The Apex ARC-8 is a 17x8.5" flow-formed alloy wheel designed for enhanced performance and style. Utilizing advanced flow-forming technology, a semi-forging process, it yields a wheel that is significantly stronger and lighter than conventional cast wheels. Owners can expect to save around 10 lbs per wheel compared to factory equivalents, directly benefiting vehicle dynamics through reduced unsprung weight. This wheel features a 20mm offset, a 5/120 bolt pattern, and a 72.6mm center bore, ensuring compatibility with a range of BMW models. Its concave profile and Hyper Black finish contribute to a muscular yet sophisticated aesthetic, drawing inspiration from classic motorsport designs. APEX wheels are designed to be a direct fit for most 1-series (E82), 3-series (E36, E46, E90, E92, F30), Z3, and Z4-series BMWs. Original BMW center caps, TPMS sensors, and lug bolts can typically be reused, though wheel bolts may differ if spacers are employed. Careful consideration of wheel width, offset, and tire sizing is recommended to avoid rubbing on suspension components or bodywork, and adjustments like wheel spacers, new alignment settings, or fender modifications may be necessary.
